What follows is our general policy regarding shipping.
Packages are generally processed and dispatched within 3 days of receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with tracking and drop-off without signature. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays and most weekends.
In most cases, the expected delivery date provided at checkout will reflect a delivery time of 1 – 3 business days and is based on origin, destination, and drop-off time.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Make sure you include the unit and box numbers, for APO/FPO/DPO shipping addresses (if assigned). To prevent mail from entering foreign mail networks, do not include city or country names in APO/FPO/DPO shipping addresses.
